Intrasoft Technologies Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

IntraSoft Technologies' board has approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a profit of Rs 4.10 Cr on revenue of Rs 128.99 Cr. Key leadership re-appointments include Mr. Arvind Kajaria as MD and Mr. Sharad Kajaria as Whole-Time Director for three years from April 1, 2026.
