Barak Valley Cements Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Barak Valley Cements' Board approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated Revenue reached ₹57.06 Cr, an increase from ₹53.54 Cr year-on-year. However, consolidated profit saw a sharp decline to ₹1.18 Cr from ₹3.17 Cr in the same period last year. The 26th Annual General Meeting is set for September 29, 2025. Key appointments include Mrs. Preeti Bhatia as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Mr. Deepak Virmani as Internal Auditor.
