Aristo Bio-Tech And Lifescience Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Aristo Bio-Tech board met to approve its FY24-25 Annual Report. They announced a final dividend of Rs. 0.50 per share (FV Rs. 10), with September 1, 2025, as the Record Date. The 20th Annual General Meeting will be held on September 8, 2025, virtually. The board also approved the re-appointment of M/s Prakash Chandra Jain & Co. as Statutory Auditors for four years, pending shareholder nod. M/s Y.S. Thakar & Co. was appointed as Cost Auditor for FY25-26. E-voting arrangements for the AGM were also finalized.
