AGARIND has announced a board meeting where it approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue from operations stood at ₹593.61 Cr, with a net profit of ₹13.03 Cr.

The board also proposed a dividend of ₹3.30 per equity share for FY24-25, which will be put to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting on September 22. In a key strategic move, the board approved the acquisition of 100% equity shares of Konkan Storage Systems, a company focused on port-based infrastructure and liquid cargo storage, enhancing AGARIND's operational reach.
