IntraSoft Technologies' board has approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Consolidated revenue stood at 128.99 Cr with a profit of 4.10 Cr, while standalone revenue was 3.27 Cr and profit 0.42 Cr. The company is re-appointing Mr. Arvind Kajaria as Managing Director and Mr. Sharad Kajaria as Whole-Time Director for three years, starting April 2026. These re-appointments are subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the annual salary of Mr. Amritanshu Kajaria, Manager Operations and a related party, will be revised from 0.345 Cr to 0.425 Cr, effective October 2025, pending shareholder approval, in line with his performance. The board also appointed M/s. Rathi & Associates as Secretarial Auditors for five years.
