Prostarm Info Systems' Board met, approving the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Revenue from operations stood at ₹54.91 Cr, with a profit of ₹1.83 Cr.

The board also revised Whole-Time Director Mr. Raghu Ramesh Thammannashastri's remuneration, subject to shareholder approval for a three-year term. M/s.
