Glenmark Pharma's Q1FY26 consolidated revenue rose 0.6% YoY to Rs. 3,264.4 Cr, with adjusted PAT at Rs. 312.9 Cr. India business grew 3.7% YoY, outperforming the market in key therapy areas, boosted by new oncology and diabetes product launches. North America saw 8.9% QoQ growth. The major highlight is Ichnos Glenmark Innovation's (IGI) landmark partnership with AbbVie for its oncology asset ISB 2001, securing a $700 million (~Rs. 5,988 Cr) upfront payment and potential milestones up to $1.225 billion (~Rs. 10,478 Cr). A US antitrust litigation settlement of $37.75 million (~Rs. 323 Cr) was also noted.
