BGR Energy Systems Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

BGR Energy Systems has announced a board meeting where key leadership changes were approved. Mr. S. Pattabiraman will step down as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 31, 2025, and assume the role of Vice President – Accounts. Mr. S. Sundar, the current Company Secretary, will take on the additional responsibility as the new CFO starting September 1, 2025, bringing over 30 years of finance and secretarial experience. Additionally, the Board appointed M/s. S. Satheesh Kumar & Associates as the Secretarial Auditor for a five-year term, from FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30.
