Coffee Day Enterprises Limited — Others, 14-08-2025: Change in Management

Following a review by its Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Coffee Day Enterprises' Board has approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Malavika Hegde as Whole-time Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. She has also been appointed Chairperson of the company, effective immediately. Additionally, she will serve as Chairperson for Coffee Day Global Limited, a material subsidiary. Mrs. Hegde, a promoter family member, has been actively involved in the group's hospitality business and has led a turnaround, solving debt issues and driving growth for the Coffee Day brand. She succeeds Mr. S.V. Ranganath, whose leadership was acknowledged.
