This strategic move aims to build a scalable and profitable cross-border express logistics and courier business, targeting a significant share in the international courier market. Promoter directors are also investing, collectively acquiring an additional 26% stake. Committed Cargo Solutions, incorporated in 2021, had a turnover of 0.0085 Cr in FY23, 0.0215 Cr in FY24, and 0.097 Cr in FY25. This expands the company's service offerings into the growing express logistics sector.
