Jeevan Scientific Technology's board approved the financial results for the quarter. Standalone revenue was ₹8.22 Cr with a net loss of ₹2.16 Cr. Consolidated revenue stood at ₹8.80 Cr, showing a net loss of ₹3.22 Cr. The board re-appointed Mr. Krishna Kishore Kuchipudi as MD for three years and appointed Mr. Gollapinni Mallikarjuna as a new independent director, both subject to shareholder approval. Directors Mr. Diwakar Atluri and Mr. Jeevan Krishna Kuchipudi will also be re-appointed by rotation. Mr. Thammareddy Ravi resigned. The company also approved granting 3 lakh stock options to employees and a subsidiary, following the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's proposal, and announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting.
