This strategic move aims to sharpen focus and unlock value in the growing consumer segment, which contributed 5.6% to the company's standalone turnover. Additionally, Ms. Patricia Andrews was appointed as an Independent Director, bringing extensive leadership experience in the pharma and biotech sectors.
