Sasken Technologies has announced its Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results. Revenue surged to ₹273.53 Cr, up 84.8% sequentially and 121.7% year-on-year, largely due to the recent Borqs acquisition, which also introduced a new 'Product Solutions' segment. While revenue soared, Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹100.06 Cr, down 13% quarter-on-quarter. The company secured a $51.7 million order book, including $27.4 million from new business and seven new client wins. Strategic investments in AI, cybersecurity, and partnerships like Microsoft MDEP are underway. Headcount grew 16% to 2,196, with attrition at a low of 7.3%.
