    Prostarm Info Systems' board met, approving Q1 FY26 consolidated financial results: Revenue at ₹54.91 Cr, Profit at ₹1.83 Cr. Big news during the quarter was the successful IPO, which brought in ₹168 Cr.

    The board also approved revised terms for Whole-Time Director Raghu Thammannashastri and appointed new Secretarial Auditors for 5 years. Cost Auditors were re-appointed. The 18th Annual General Meeting is set for September 26, 2025, virtually.
