Mr. Abhinav Jain, previously the Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, has been re-designated as Vice President - Finance. Concurrently, Mr. Vivek Agnihotri, who was already part of the company's senior finance team as Vice President (Banking & Finance), has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel. This strategic internal restructuring aims to strengthen the company's financial oversight and management, leveraging Mr. Agnihotri's extensive 18-year experience in corporate finance, including his prior roles within REDTAPE. The move reflects a focused approach to financial operations and continuity in leadership.
