Capital Small Finance Bank Limited — Others, 14-08-2025: Resignation

Capital Small Finance Bank announced changes to its Board. Mr. Mahesh Parasuraman, a Nominee Director representing Amicus Capital, has resigned, with Amicus also withdrawing its nominee. Separately, Mr. Dinesh Gupta, a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director and Promoter, has also resigned. The Bank stated it does not intend to replace either vacancy, noting that promoters are already well-represented on the Board. These resignations were officially recorded by the Board. Mr. Dinesh Gupta holds 2,95,920 equity shares in the Bank.
