Optiemus Infracom has received its Monitoring Agency Report from ICRA, confirming that the utilization of proceeds from its preferential issue is in line with the stated objectives. The issue, initially targeting 434.407 Cr, was revised to 296.368 Cr due to under-subscription. Of the 144.467 Cr received as part payment, all funds have been deployed as planned. These proceeds were used for investments in subsidiary companies for their capital expenditure and working capital needs, alongside the company's own working capital and general corporate purposes. This update provides clarity to investors on the responsible use of raised capital.
