Ishan Dyes and Chemicals Limited shareholders have approved key proposals at the recent Extra-Ordinary General Meeting. The company will increase its Authorized Share Capital. Additionally, approval was granted to issue up to 45.85 lakh convertible equity warrants to Promoters, raising approximately INR 28.88 Cr. Separately, up to 54.15 lakh fully paid-up equity shares will be issued to non-promoters/public, raising around INR 34.12 Cr. Both preferential issues are priced at INR 63 per share.
