Vodafone Idea has announced a board meeting outcome. The company reported consolidated revenue of Rs 11,022.5 Cr for Q1FY26, with a net loss of Rs 6,608.1 Cr. ARPU improved to Rs 177, up 15% YoY, and 4G/5G subscriber base increased to 127.4 million. A significant operational highlight is the 90% reduction in subscriber loss compared to previous quarters. Vodafone Idea has expanded 5G services to 22 cities and aims for 90% 4G population coverage. The company is actively engaged with lenders to secure debt financing for its capex plans of Rs 50,000-55,000 Cr. New initiatives include Vi Finance and a satellite broadband partnership with AST SpaceMobile.
