Walchandnagar Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Walchandnagar Industries Ltd. (WIL) announced its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 49.43 crore, a decline from Rs. 79.17 crore in the same quarter last year. WIL posted a net loss of Rs. 10.39 crore for the quarter, compared to a net loss of Rs. 1.73 crore in Q1 FY25. However, the loss has significantly narrowed from Rs. 56.12 crore in the previous quarter (Q4 FY25). Earnings Per Share stood at Rs. (1.54).
