NPR Finance Limited has announced its 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at 11:30 a.m. IST. The meeting will be conducted virtually via Video Conferencing or Other Audio-Visual Means. The company will send the AGM notice and Annual Report 2024-2025 electronically to eligible shareholders, also making them available on its website, CDSL, and BSE. Shareholders can participate and vote through remote e-voting or during the virtual meeting. The Board has not recommended any dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
