Angel One Limited — Others, 14-08-2025: Change in Management

Angel One has announced significant changes in its senior management. Mr. Jyotiswarup Raiturkar, Group Chief Architect and CTO, has resigned, with his departure effective end of September. The Product and Technology verticals will continue to be led by Mr. Ravish Sinha. Additionally, Ms. Anuprita Daga, Group Chief Information Security Officer, has also resigned, departing end of October. The company has appointed Mr. Sridhar Govardhan as the new Group Chief Information Security Officer, effective October 1. Mr. Govardhan brings over 24 years of deep cybersecurity expertise from leading firms, strengthening Angel One's digital security posture.
