TVS Srichakra Limited — JV/Acquisition, 14-08-2025: Acquisition

TVS Srichakra's wholly-owned subsidiary, TSIL, has infused nearly ₹6 Cr into its own wholly-owned subsidiary, TVS Sensing Solution Private Limited (TVSSSPL), via a rights issue. This internal capital injection is aimed at improving TVSSSPL's working capital management and fueling its expansion. TVSSSPL, which manufactures electrical switches and components, serves automotive, industrial, consumer durables, and IT sectors. This strategic move strengthens the group's diversified portfolio by backing an existing and growing subsidiary. TSIL's shareholding percentage in TVSSSPL remains unchanged.
