Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Sree Rayalaseema Hi-Strength Hypo Ltd. (SRHHL) has approved its Q1 FY25 consolidated financial results. Revenue from operations stood at ₹180.25 Cr, with a net profit of ₹22.41 Cr.

The Board has set September 19, 2025, as the record date for the FY25 dividend, pending shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 25, 2025.

In a strategic move, the company decided to shut down and dispose of its 10 MW Thermal Power plant due to economic viability. The board also appointed Sri Kamma Edlapalli Krishna as a new Independent Director and seeks shareholder approval for the reappointment of Smt R Triveni as Independent Director for a second 5-year term.
