Vodafone Idea has announced a significant leadership change. Mr. Akshaya Moondra, the current Chief Executive Officer, will conclude his three-year tenure. The Board, following a review by its Nomination & Remuneration Committee, has appointed Mr. Abhijit Kishore as the new CEO for a three-year period. Mr. Kishore, currently the Chief Operating Officer, brings over 27 years of extensive experience in the Indian telecom industry, having held various senior leadership roles within the company, including heading the Enterprise Business and serving as Circle Business Head. This transition aims to ensure continuity and leverages experienced internal talent for future strategic direction.
