Kritika Wires' board has approved the FY25 Board Report and will seek shareholder approval for revised remuneration: Managing Director Mr. Hanuman Prasad Agarwal up to 0.60 Cr annually, and Directors Mr. Naresh Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Ankush Agarwal up to 0.20 Cr and 0.45 Cr respectively. The company appointed Mr. Joyjit Das and Mrs. Sarika Kedia as new Independent Directors, strengthening governance. Key committees, including Audit and Nomination & Remuneration, were reconstituted. New secretarial auditors were considered, and internal auditors re-appointed. The 21st Annual General Meeting has been set for September 24.
