Kritika Wires Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kritika Wires' board has revised remuneration for its Managing Director to ₹0.60 Cr/year, and Directors Mr. Naresh Kumar Agarwal to ₹0.20 Cr/year and Mr. Ankush Agarwal to ₹0.45 Cr/year, all subject to shareholder approval. The company also appointed Joyjit Das and Sarika Kedia as new Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, pending shareholder nod. RSG & Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors (subject to AGM approval), and M. Kumar Jain & Co. re-appointed as Internal Auditors. Key committees, including Audit and CSR, have been reconstituted. The 21st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24, 2025, via video conference.
