Kritika Wires Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Kritika Wires' board approved the Board's Report for FY25. Key director remuneration revisions were considered, subject to shareholder approval: MD Hanuman Prasad Agarwal up to ₹0.60 Cr p.a., Director Naresh Kumar Agarwal up to ₹0.20 Cr, and Director Ankush Agarwal up to ₹0.45 Cr. The board also appointed Mr. Joyjit Das and Mrs. Sarika Kedia as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, subject to AGM approval. Secretarial auditors M/s. RSG & Associates were appointed for 5 years, and M/s. M. Kumar Jain & Co. re-appointed as internal auditors. Important committees like Audit and CSR were reconstituted. The 21st AGM is set for September 24, 2025, via video conference.
