Prozone Realty's Q1 FY26 results show strong operational momentum. Retailer sales hit Rs 191 Cr, with footfall up 12% year-on-year to 4.9 million. Six new stores opened, and 14 more are signed/under fitout, enhancing mall leasing at 96% for Coimbatore and 94% for Ch Sambhaji Nagar. Financially, the company achieved a Profit After Tax of Rs 3.78 Cr, a significant turnaround from a loss last year. EBITDA surged 150.7% to Rs 21.26 Cr, driven by a stronger retail revenue mix. Residential projects also contributed, with Rs 97.49 Cr collected in Coimbatore.
