Prozone Realty reported strong Q1 FY26 performance. Net profit turned positive at Rs 3.78 Cr, reversing last year's Rs 5.69 Cr loss, boosted by a healthier retail leasing mix. Operating income climbed 18.8% to Rs 38.24 Cr, with EBITDA surging 150.7% to Rs 21.26 Cr. Retailer sales hit Rs 191 Cr, alongside a 12% rise in mall footfall. Leasing is robust at 96% for Coimbatore and 94% for Ch Sambhaji Nagar malls. New store signings added 74,397 sq ft under fit-out. Residential operations collected Rs 97.49 Cr from Coimbatore bookings.
