Kritika Wires' Board approved revised remuneration for its MD, Mr. Hanuman Prasad Agarwal, up to 0.60 Cr p.a., Mr. Naresh Kumar Agarwal up to 0.20 Cr, and Mr. Ankush Agarwal up to 0.45 Cr. The company appointed Mr. Joyjit Das and Mrs. Sarika Kedia as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, strengthening board oversight. Concurrently, key committees like Audit, CSR, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship were reconstituted. Additionally, Secretarial Auditors (M/s. RSG & Associates) were appointed and Internal Auditors (M/s. M. Kumar Jain & Co.) re-appointed.
