EASTERN TREADS LIMITED's Board has made key directorate changes. Dr. Siby Varghese, an expert in the rubber industry with significant research and consultancy experience, was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for five years, pending shareholder approval. Concurrently, Mr. Devarajan Krishnan, the current CEO & CFO, was appointed as an Additional Executive Director and re-designated to Whole Time Director & CFO for three years, also subject to shareholder approval. These appointments aim to strengthen the Board's expertise and leadership, bringing deep industry knowledge and financial acumen to the company's strategic direction.
