Funds were utilized for Product Development, Product Marketing, Identified Investments, and General Corporate Purposes, in line with shareholder-approved revised plans. A total of Rs. 83.33 crore remains unutilized, primarily parked in debt mutual funds and a bank account. The company noted it has incurred net losses in the last four fiscal years.
