TruCap Finance reported no new funds were raised last quarter. Notably, holders of 60 lakh convertible warrants voluntarily cancelled their exercise rights. As a result, the company forfeited ₹11.06 crore, which was the upfront payment received for these warrants. This cancellation occurred because the current share price is significantly lower than the warrant issue price. The company's credit rating was recently downgraded due to defaults on NCDs; however, 70% (₹49.6 crore out of ₹71.3 crore) has already been repaid, with full repayment expected by October end.
