INTLCONV's board has announced key decisions. The company approved its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025, reporting a consolidated profit after tax of ₹52.07 Cr on total income of ₹101.36 Cr. The 52nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 24, 2025. A dividend, previously proposed by the board, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or after September 29, 2025. In a strategic move, the board also approved exploring inorganic expansion through acquisitions of assets, land, or targets in Maharashtra for cash.
