Alps Industries has appointed M/s O. Aggarwal & Co. Chartered Accountants as its new Statutory Auditors. This appointment, made by the Board of Directors following the Audit Committee's suggestion, fills a casual vacancy left by the resignation of M/s A S GOEL & Co. O. Aggarwal & Co. will serve for up to three months or until shareholder approval at the upcoming General Meeting. In a related move, Alps Energy Private Limited, a material subsidiary, also appointed M/s O. Aggarwal & Co. to replace its resigning auditors, M/s R.K. Govil & Co., under similar terms.
