Roto Pumps Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Roto Pumps has announced a board meeting on August 14, 2025. The board approved the consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26: Revenue from Operations at Rs 83.05 Cr, Net Profit after tax at Rs 6.30 Cr.

The company plans an investment of up to Rs 10.00 Cr in its wholly-owned solar pump subsidiary, Roto Energy Systems Ltd. Roto Overseas also fully acquired Roto Pumps Africa Pty Ltd for Rand 500,000. A fraud of approximately Rs 6.00 Cr was identified in the African subsidiary, which management expects to recover.

New General Managers for UK and Australia were appointed, and the 50th Annual General Meeting is set for September 29, 2025.
