Sigachi Industries: Promoter RPS Industries Pvt Ltd's pledged shareholding has decreased by 3.95 Cr shares following an invocation by lenders. Previously, 19.00% (7.26 Cr shares) of the promoter holding was pledged. Post-invocation, this stands at 17.97% (6.865 Cr shares) of the total company share capital.
