Consolidated revenue from operations jumped to ₹137.65 Cr from ₹100.47 Cr year-on-year, with profit after tax rising to ₹15.27 Cr from ₹11.23 Cr. The company also appointed Mrs. Amita Desai, a seasoned professional with over 30 years in corporate governance and compliance, as an Independent Director for a five-year term. Additionally, Ms. Jenny Shah, with 18 years of experience, has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, replacing Mr. Jitesh Rajput. These changes strengthen the board and management.
