Jyoti Structures Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Jyoti Structures Board approved the financial results for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The Board also cleared various auditor appointments for FY 2025-26. A total of 502,333 new equity shares were allotted under the JSL ESOS 2021 Scheme, with exercise prices from Rs. 5 to Rs. 15. The company’s total issued share capital is now approximately Rs. 238.25 crore. Additionally, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Committee was constituted, and the notice for the 50th Annual General Meeting was approved.
