Donear Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 14-08-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

Donear Industries has announced the outcome of its recent board meeting. The Board approved the consolidated financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

Shareholders can look forward to a dividend of Rs. 0.20 per equity share (10%) for FY 2024-25, with Sept 20, 2025, set as the record date. The 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Sept 27, 2025.

Additionally, Mrs. Sejal Shah's resignation as Company Secretary was accepted. The Board also appointed M/s M. L. Bhuwania & Co. LLP as Statutory Auditors and M/s Yogesh Sharma & Co. as Secretarial Auditors for five-year terms, pending shareholder approval at the upcoming AGM.
