Brightcom Group's board has approved strong Q1 FY25-26 consolidated results: Revenue rose 23.14% YoY to ₹1456 Cr, and Profit After Tax jumped 32.6% YoY to ₹210.86 Cr. TTM EPS reached ₹3.77.

In a major strategic move, the board approved the launch of 'Brightcom Defence', a new division targeting next-gen aerospace intelligence and autonomous aerial defence software, leveraging the company's AI/ML expertise. The group also plans to restructure into Advertising, Software Services, Defence, and Next Generation Technologies.
