Kritika Wires' board has approved revisions in remuneration for its Managing Director, Mr. Hanuman Prasad Agarwal, to up to 0.60 Cr annually, and for Directors Mr. Naresh Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Ankush Agarwal to up to 0.20 Cr and 0.45 Cr, respectively. These are subject to shareholder approval. The board also appointed Mr. Joyjit Das and Mrs. Sarika Kedia as new Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, pending AGM approval. This led to the reconstitution of vital committees like Audit, CSR, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders Relationship, strengthening corporate governance. The 21st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for September 24 via video conference.
