NCC's Scheme of Arrangement with NCC Infrastructure Holdings secured significant approval from its Secured Creditors. In a recent meeting, 17 out of 18 present creditors, representing ₹2032.98 Crore (89.60% of total outstanding debt), voted in favor of the proposed merger. Only one creditor, representing ₹60 Crore, abstained. This positive outcome is a key milestone for the company's corporate restructuring, paving the way for the integration of NCC Infrastructure Holdings. The report will now be submitted to the NCLT.
