Jindal Poly Films Limited — JV/Acquisition, 14-08-2025: Demerger

Jindal Poly Films is demerging its Nonwoven Fabrics Business into a new entity, Global Nonwovens Limited. This strategic move aims to unlock shareholder value by creating a focused business, enhancing operational efficiency, and achieving better financial strength. The Nonwoven Fabrics unit generated Rs. 671.23 crore in FY25, representing ~60% of total revenue. Shareholders will receive 1 share of Global Nonwovens for every 4 shares held in Jindal Poly Films. Crucially, Global Nonwovens will seek separate listing on BSE and NSE, potentially creating a new investment opportunity for existing investors.
