Aartech Solonics has announced its Q1 financial results for the period ended June 30, 2025. Standalone total income decreased to 5.84 crore, down from 8.73 crore in the prior year's quarter. Standalone net profit also fell to 0.73 crore from 1.12 crore. Consolidated figures showed a similar trend, with total income at 5.13 crore and net profit at 0.63 crore. Additionally, the Board has put forward a final dividend of Re. 1.00 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025. This dividend is contingent on shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 12, 2025.
