Simplex Infrastructures has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. Standalone total income stood at Rs. 162.30 Cr, with a net profit after tax of Rs. 3.52 Cr and EPS of Rs. 0.50. On a consolidated basis, total income reached Rs. 251.36 Cr, with a net profit of Rs. 4.93 Cr and EPS of Rs. 0.66. The company also announced an e-auction to recover dues of Rs. 79.05 Lakhs from mortgaged property, an initiative aimed at strengthening its financial position.
