Prevest DenPro has announced its 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on September 10, 2025. Shareholders can participate via Video Conferencing and utilize remote e-voting, which opens on September 7 and closes on September 9, 2025, with September 3 as the cut-off date. The Board has proposed a final dividend of Rs. 1.00 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. If approved, the dividend will be paid on or after October 9, 2025, to eligible members as of the September 3 record date.
