Restile Ceramics has announced its 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held via video conferencing. Shareholders can exercise their voting rights through remote e-voting, which opens a few days before the meeting and closes the day prior. E-voting will also be available during the AGM for those attending virtually. The company's Register of Members and Share Transfer Books will be closed for a period leading up to and including the AGM. This setup ensures broad shareholder participation and prepares for the formal proceedings of the company's annual meeting.
