Covance Softsol Ltd — Important, 15-08-2025: Company Update

Covance Softsol has released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The Board approved these results at a meeting. For the quarter, standalone total income from operations was 417.40 Cr, with a net profit of 8.28 Cr and EPS of 5.61. Consolidated total income reached 33.28 Cr, with a net profit of 7.78 Cr and EPS of 5.27. The consolidated figures include its US subsidiary.
